Mindfulness Sports Summer Camp
“Just like lifting weights to grow muscles, we need to practice mental skills to build resilience so we can perform when the pressure is on.”

Train your mind the same way you train your body.
This immersive program helps build focus, resilience, and confidence through mindfulness, performance coaching, and creative expression.
Performance is not just physical. It’s shaped by focus, emotional regulation, and the ability to stay grounded under pressure.
This program is designed for students ages 12–18 — athletes and non-athletes alike — who want to build clarity, confidence, and stronger mental habits in school, sport, and daily life.
Through mindfulness, coaching, and creative work, students develop awareness of how they think, respond, and move through pressure.
They leave with practices they can return to — supporting focus, steadiness, and a stronger sense of self in everyday life.

The Mindfulness Sports Summer Camp is a summer program for teens ages 12–18 that focuses on building mental skills.
The curriculum is designed to help students strengthen their resilience toolkit and build a strong foundation in mindfulness techniques.
These skills go far beyond hobbies or sports—they support success in school and help teens navigate the challenges of transitions and the ups and downs of adolescence.
