How long does a typical coaching session last?

Most sessions last about 60 minutes. This gives us plenty of time to dive deep without feeling rushed. It’s just right for making meaningful progress each time we meet.

Yes! We partner with schools, sports teams, and organizations to provide workshops, coaching, and program development that foster mental health, resilience, and a culture of support.

What is your policy for missed or late appointments?
We require full payment for any missed sessions or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This policy ensures that our clinicians’ time is respected and allows us to maintain availability for other clients.

How much do your services cost?
Our services range from $200–$1,500 per session for psychotherapy depending on the type of support and level of customization. We work with each client to determine the best plan for their needs and goals, ensuring value and effectiveness in every session. We have limited low cost services
